Where can shipping be arranged?

ClearYard Equip supports shipping across the USA, Canada and Mexico. When a large transport truck cannot safely access the final address, support coordinates a nearby handoff point.

Can I pick up a machine myself?

Some machines may allow pickup, but many machines are released from partner yards or storage locations. Availability is confirmed after the order is locked and the release path is reviewed.

What payment methods are accepted?

Wire transfer is accepted for all order amounts. Credit card or PayPal may be available for eligible returning customers, usually with prior approval and transaction limits.

How does the return window work?

Eligible machines include a 30-day / 200-hour return window. Usage limits, condition requirements and timing are defined in the Sales Agreement for the specific order.

What kind of equipment do you publish?

Our inventory focuses on construction and agricultural equipment such as tractors, excavators, backhoes, skid steers, forklifts and commercial work machines.

Are machines checked before they go live?

Yes. Units are reviewed before publication so buyers can compare photos, specs, hours, condition notes and pricing signals with more confidence.

How do live bids work?

Each machine displays the live bid, remaining time and machine details. When the clock closes, the highest verified bidder receives checkout instructions.

Can I buy a machine immediately?

Yes. Many listings include a fixed price, allowing a verified buyer to purchase the machine immediately instead of waiting for the closing clock.

Can I request more photos or video?

Yes. Send the listing ID or machine details to support. When additional media is available, we will provide it before you bid or buy the machine.

How do I track an order?

Use Track Order after scheduling begins. The timeline shows confirmation, release prep, shipping status and delivery updates where available.

Is financing available?

Financing requests can be submitted online. The review looks at the selected machine, requested amount, down payment, credit profile and supporting details.

What if something arrives wrong?

Contact support immediately. We review shipping documents, photos and the sale agreement, then coordinate the next step based on coverage and eligibility.
